After Mould is broken, sand need to be recycled
and processed to make it reusable. We errect and commission complete
sand recycling and processing plant. It consists of following essential
equipment:
Knockout machine
Vibratory sand feeders
Belt conveyors
Bucket elevators
Sand sieves
Sand aerators
Sand storage bunkers
Sand mixer mullers
Moulding machine hoppers with fishmouth gate
2. Mould Handling System
SANES supply manual/semi-automatic/fully
automatic systems of various types for mould handling. Major varieties
are mentioned below. Contact us for your customized requirement.
Gravity roller conveyors.
Pallet conveyors with manual transfer trolleys.
Fully automatic (PLC controlled) pallet conveyors with hydraulically
or pneumatically operated pallet pushers and transfer lines.
Fully automatic closed loop pallet car conveyors with hydraulic
drive & PLC controls.
Mould punch out machine integrated with pallet conveyor.
Prepared mould handling overhead trolleys.
3. Molten Metal Handling System
This type of project includes fabrication,
erection and commissioning of overhead monorail, monorail trolley,
geared ladle handler, pouring ladles, holding ladle etc. Monorail
trolleys are designed for smooth movement on bends. The ladle handler
has spur gear train with rack for movement of ladle up and down.
Special friction brake is provided to arrest free fall of ladle
during its downward movement. Tilting gearboxes for ladles include
worm wheel with phosphor-bronze rim and C.I. hub, hardened steel
worm shaft, bevel gears, taper roller and single row deep grove
bearings and EN-8 shafts. Ladles are balanced around their C.G.
to ensure minimum effort for the operator.
4. Raw Material Handling System
This is a fully automatic charging system
for cupola raw material. Raw material such as coke, pig iron, limestone,
cast iron scrap, MS scrap etc. is stored in bunkers with vibrofeeders
at their bottom. A collection hopper mounted
on a trolley with load cells collects material from bunkers via
the vibrofeeders. Load cells facilitate collection of desired charge
mix. Entire batch, after collection, is
brought to skip hoist charger & dumped into it. The skip in turn
dumps raw material into cupola. Movement of material collection
trolley, weighment of raw material, starting & stopping of vibro
feeders and all other operations are controlled by PLC.
5. Hot Blast Cupolas
Hot gases arising out of burning of coke
in a conventional cupola are wasted to atmosphere. They are
generally at a temperature of around 450 deg. centigrade to 600
deg. centigrade. If these gases are trapped and used to heat the
fresh air which is being inducted into cupola, efficiency of cupola
increases. We supply heat exchanger system for this purpose, which
can be attached to existing cupolas. It can be also made common
to two cupolas, one being in operation at a time.
